Collection
Free, from 214 Chowk Bazaar, Nanpura, Monday to Saturday between 10:30 and 19:30. In-stock uniform sizes are usually ready the same day.
Delivery
- Surat city — two working days, ₹80, free above ₹3,000
- Rest of Gujarat — four working days, ₹150, free above ₹5,000
- Rest of India — five to seven working days, ₹250
Charges are indicative and to be confirmed with the courier before launch.
Made to size
Uniform cut to size takes five to seven working days before dispatch. Bespoke takes five to six weeks across four fittings, and ceremonial six to eight — those are collected, not couriered.
School contracts
Contract orders are delivered in one consignment, sorted by class and by size, before the first bell of term. Re-orders through the year are dispatched within seventy-two hours at contract price.
Tracking
We telephone when a garment is ready. Courier tracking will be emailed once a courier is appointed.
If nobody is home
The courier will try twice, then hold the parcel for collection. After a week it comes back to us and we will telephone you.
